At Pavillon, we schedule and accept qualified admissions seven days a week.

While there are a few steps to the process, it's designed to get you into the appropriate level of treatment as quickly as possible.

Once you have made the initial inquiry regarding admission, our staff will talk with you individually to begin the general assessment.

During that assessment, we'll evaluate your individual substance abuse, mental health and medical condition. Based on the individual patient needs, our Medical Director will care for and supervise the patient's physical/mental condition.

Co-Occurring Disorders (Dual Diagnosis): Integrated care addresses the mental health and chemical dependence needs when necessary.

Next, our clinical and medical staff will review your individual case against our Criteria for Admissions.  If you meet the qualifying criteria, treat-ment at Pavillon will be offered.

Other aspects of the admission process may include:

• Personal tour of the campus and facility
• Explanation of Pavillon's programs
• Intervention coordination, if applicable
• Other referrals, where appropriate

Fees & Costs:

• Treatment for the 41-day program - $21,695.
• One-day assessments - $1,000.
• Three-day residential assessments - $3,000.

Additional fees may include:

• Detoxification - An additional charge for In-Hospital Detox is $880-per day;
• Pavillon Residential Detox Unit is $750-per day added to residential treatment cost.
• Family Program - $350 per person.
• Extended Care Program for the 41-day stay - $10,250.
• Professional's Program is $29,910 for 90 days.
• Residents are also responsible for fees such as medications and any outside services.

Through the compassionate generosity of our past clients, a limited amount of financial assistance may be available to those who meet the needs assessment criteria. To learn more about financial assistance, talk with our admissions staff.

Although Pavillon is a non-profit, self-pay facility, we do assist residents and their families recoup some of the cost by courtesy filing of insurance claims.
